Over the past 18 months the SBWMA and its member agencies have developed a comprehensive menu of modern, cost effective and environmentally friendly solid waste, recycling, and organics collection programs, services and facility improvements. This menu and future facility improvements required at the Shoreway Recycling and Disposal Center are captured in Request for Proposal (RFP) documents that will be issued on November 1, 2007.
