Question: The description and Debby's comments seem circular. How does the Planning policy section relate to enclosure design in the Commercial and MFD contexts. I.e., is "planning" here related to codes and SBWMA policy decisions, or are you talking about blue-prints for creating enclosures? If the latter, it seems like Planning and Enclosure Design should be removed from the Policy section and put in their correct contexts.

Debby says that the emphasis is that we do policy work to get the rules in place.
From DK: Perhaps this section is a subsection of planning work. We will be undertaking this as a project shortly. I am in the process of identifying existing enclosure design policies and ordinances in our communities.
