Virtual Business and Organization Tours

RethinkWaste is excited to launch a brand new, virtual version of our popular Shoreway facility tour – no shoes, vests, or masks required! These never-before offered virtual tours provide the opportunity for business and organizations to continue learning about what happens to compost, recycling, and garbage after they are picked up from our work and living spaces.

This virtual tour will give your group an inside look at how recyclables are sorted in our recently upgraded Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and how compost and garbage are consolidated at the Transfer Station. RethinkWaste Staff will also provide an overview of how to sort your materials properly, a discussion about reuse and reduction tips, and answer questions about hard-to-recycle items. Registration is free.

Business and organization tours are 1 hour and 15 minutes long and offered on a first come, first serve basis. We are limiting the virtual tour to one group (approximately 40 individuals) per timeslot.

If you are interested in an in-person tour, we also offer small-sized and limited in-person tours for your business or organization.

If you are a school or individual, please click on the appropriate link below.
